FORM FILLING & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

1. THE FORM SHOULD BE FILLED IN CHROME BROWSER ONLY (Web or Mobile)

2. Filling all the required form fields is mandatory.

3. All information provided by the Coach/Manager in the form should be legally correct. Any discrepancy or incorrectness in the provided information will result in permanent banning of the corresponding team from the program.

4. Once all the fields are correctly filled, click on 'Register & Pay' button and wait for the payment page to open. Do not close the browser.

5. Fill all the fields on the payment page with correct details. On successful payment, success confirmation message will be displayed and student will be redirected to the homepage.

NOTE:

In case of transaction failure or payment cancellation, the registration will be marked as INVALID, however the Coach/Manager can retry registering in the program.

Bringing the original copy of Coach/Manager's Aadhar Card is mandatory at the day of joining, failing which, the program will be marked as CANCELLED for the team.
